You order ahead and...
You order ahead and they dont prepare your order. When I showed my order she gave me the drink and not the popcorn. The popcorn I ordered was just one flavour however I tasted many other flavours- presumably the same shovel is used for all flavours and contaminates the taste.
F&B staff are careless and scatter brained.

The theatre was noth...
The theatre was nothing like the other VOX cinema.. seats were hard and not comfortable. The worst part was a bunch of guys who were creating a ruckus inside the theatre. We came outside and complained but not sure what the management did with those people. We had to walk out post interval and the team did offer us complimentary tickets but the experience we had was the worse. You guys really need to have strict rules in place

Worst customer service ever in the counter her name is Perbelette, she was really rude speaking with me and she used an excuse as this is her voice level , since when does Rudeness considered as excuse !! Shame on you VOX cinema mercato

I love the place I had gone there with my friends to watch a movie and oh god the comfort in that theatre was amazing. I recommend u guys to go and watch a movie 😊

This used to be one...
This used to be one of the best Cinemas in Dubai but it was shocking to see how much it has degraded.
2 out of the 3 food e-kiosks were broken with no staff members whatsoever around to help, and the normal food counter was so understaffed and its queue so disorganized that we gave up on getting our order after a 30 min wait.
The AC inside the cinema was hardly working half the movie and half the display screens outside weren't working.

The theatres are way due for renovation, the smell of mold is very bad. Couldn't focus on the movie.
