I just experienced the Ramadan offer, a 1 hr 45 minute package. Iluh was a wonderful Balinese therapist. Very polite and highly skilled at her craft. The ambience and entire set up at the facility is amazing. Highly recommend them. I've come away rejuvenated and super relaxed. Floating home on a cloud! Will definitely be back soon!

Don’t waste your mon...

Don’t waste your money. Massage is great but the receptionists are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They mess up all the bookings and make you wait really long before taking you in. End up more stressed then relaxed.

It used to be my top...

It used to be my top spa but sadly it has lost its attention to detail and the amenities, facilities and customer services need to be improved alot. While the therapists and their skills are great and the only reason I can maybe recommend the spa..it needs to do better when compared with the massive better options available in dubai. Disappointed.

I had the Bali-nease...

I had the Bali-nease massage and it was just perfect. The staff were pleasant, the masseuse was professional and skilled and the ambience and decor created a relaxing atmosphere. The ginger tea and warm neck pillow post-massage were a lovely touch. I’d absolutely recommend.

Well , can t beleive how good it was , I did a facial ( the elemis ) and my skin never looked better. The technician took her time to explain everything,products are amazing and everything was super super super perfect ! The first time i go home with a complete new skin.thank you Second time today, And it s amaziiing ! The Facial to go for ! Skin goals really
