There is nothing tha...
There is nothing that can be said to be good except the advantage of being able to see the Burj Khalifa and Fountain Show following Dubai Mall. Not to mention the service of inferior kindness, smoking on sunbeds is a frequent occurrence in swimming pools, and smoking in the water was the worst of absolutely filthy service

I am a delivery ride...
I am a delivery rider and every time I go to this hotel they take our Emirates ID but we are not given service corridor door access nor our time. And we always waste an hour, so please we request the owner to consider this issue as well. Our time is very precious to us It is a humble request.

we are staying 7 day...
we are staying 7 days in a row, the first 2 days were amazing, basically we enjoyed everything in the hotel.
service is beyond satisfying, we were served by Ibrahim and Kinza during breakfast time... they were very helpful and kind would like to thank them
will visit again for sure, I recommend staying here at the address downtown

I regretfully report...
I regretfully report that my experience at Address Downtown hotel apartments was deeply disappointing. The management's (Ms Joan in sales department) conduct was far from the professional standards one would expect, marked by inappropriate and offensive behavior that I found wholly unacceptable. Moreover, I witnessed what can only be described as fraudulent activities in their pricing and contract practices, which completely shattered my trust.
The state of the apartments themselves was appalling—extremely unclean and poorly maintained, with worn-out equipment. This neglect shows a lack of adherence to even basic maintenance standards. It appears that the management's primary concern is maximizing profits, with little to no regard for customer service or client satisfaction.
My interactions with the management ended particularly poorly: they disappeared after receiving a bank check, cash from me, and signatures on blank, untexted papers—a clear act of deceit. They failed to deliver the apartment I was promised and have not responded to any of my subsequent emails, actions that I am pursuing legally.
Attached are images documenting the poor conditions of the apartments. I strongly advise against using this hotel and suggest looking for more reputable accommodations.

As a rent-a-car serv...
As a rent-a-car service provider, we've encountered various hospitality venues. Unfortunately, our experience at Address Downtown was less than satisfactory. The valet service, overseen by Supervisor Ahmed, was notably disappointing. We observed instances where cars, regardless of their appearance or value, were handled carelessly, with some even being kicked by staff members.
Moreover, our team was surprised by the lack of accommodation compared to other luxury establishments where we frequently deliver cars. At other prestigious hotels, we're accustomed to seamless service and a warm welcome, regardless of the vehicle we deliver. However, at Address Downtown, there seemed to be a disregard for ensuring a positive experience for all guests and service providers alike.
In summary, while Address Downtown may boast an upscale reputation, our encounter with their valet service, particularly under the supervision of Ahmed, left much to be desired. We hope that they will address these issues to maintain their standing as a premier destination for both guests and service providers.

Having stayed at tho...
Having stayed at thousands of hotels around the world this is a unique experience. This hotel is a 4 - 5 star hotel (depending on your travel experience) in terms of location, cleanness, general staff and service; however the second you want true five star service (or any decent service) which is driven by great experienced and friendly management it goes downhill very quickly!
The concierge is really not that helpful. Don’t blame them because Dubai is very expensive and they don’t have much first hand experience on attractions, restaurants etc…so you are much better off to google stuff.
We booked a deluxe suit which is clearly marked on their website to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Upon arrival we found out that their rooms only have one king bed and they will provide one extra bed. We asked where the second kid should sleep and they had no answer and kept repeating that this is the room configuration. The rooms are also smaller than advertised. Basically our second child had to spent 6 nights on the sofa! Not a pull out sofa - just on the sofa. If you advertise for four people then you have to have two queens, a king and double sofa bed or a king/queen with a single pull out sofa bed and an extra bed…
Not going to bother listing the long laundry list of issues starting with the reservation team’s left hand not talking to the right hand, but the general staff are very nice and helpful (at restaurants and cleaning staff etc), the buffet is nice and good selection, however if you run into any issues that you need to deal with the revenue team, reservations, or management expect your typical $70/night motel service or a very robotic service that reads and re-reads from a script. It can totally ruin your stay….the management team of the check in and the management team of the reservation team has long to go….

Hands down the best...
Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at , and I am well travelled and stayed at many a hotel!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel in December 2023 for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We were well looked after by all the staff throughout, our room was beautifully decorated for us and we were gifted a cake which was a lovely gesture.
The rooms were absolutely stunning as were the bathrooms.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many choices and varieties to suit all diets and preferences.
The room service was great and we had the housekeeping cleaning our rooms daily twice in fact! They even knocked randomly to ask if anything was needed, never had that happen anywhere else.
You could access Dubai Mall from a connecting bridge which was super easy to come and go several times and so convenient to drop off bags etc
We visited the library area where I discovered a grand piano, the kind staff there didn't mind me playing a few pieces, they were very friendly.
I would highly recommend this hotel and given the chance would absolutely visit again.

Love this place. Hom...
Love this place. Home away from home. All the staff are great and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The team at the pool are the best in Dubai. Arup is an institution having been with this hotel for over 12 years. Melvin is the team leader and makes the experience very special. Joseph and Kihindi are the two best food and beverage guys for the pool. Every member of the pool team are great. If you are fortunate enough to come here you will appreciate such service as I do.
