Our stay was just for 3 nights, but the staff ensured we had a wonderful time across. The food prepared was amazing and was customized by the chef as per our requirements. We stayed in a water villa and the room was beautifully set up. We would definitely consider visiting JA Manafaru again.
If you ever wish to travel to Dubai you can’t go wrong if you stay here the staff are very helpful and are pleased to help with any questions you may have and hotel isin a great location right on the front short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants.
Great cleanly hotel. Staff are approachable. Good location. Concierge are great help. Desert sands desk good for booking day trips etc. Could have been better with regards to treatment for being on honeymoon.
We had two great rooms on the 20th floor at the end of the corridor. Clean and tidy, full of light. The views were great. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great (close to the beach, shops, restaurants). The breakfasts plentiful and tasty (great omelets).
The hotel is good. The location suited us on our holiday . Room smart and tidy. We had good views from our 7th floor. Breakfast was very good with great selection and high quality. The room was kept clean and tidy. Very happy
Fantastic hotel two hours from Dubai. Its perfect for weekend getaways. The grounds are with lots of options for activities. The rooms are a unique chalet style; they're comfortable, spacious and clean. Overall, this hotel definitely punches above its weight!
This place is beautiful. The property itself has loads of indoor and outdoor activities. Diff types of Pools to fit the age group if for kids, family etc. Some activities come with a charge per session or subject to type of the activity. The food in the restaurants are also well kept standards and quality. The staffs are very friendly and always willing to assist. GREAT HOSPITALITY overall. Will surely come again for another visit.
Excellent stay near Hatta mountains with mountain view. Rooms were great. Lots of fun activities like archery, mini golf, pool area, tennis court, sun deck. Hotel provided us complimentary transportation to Hatta Lake and heritage village.
I’ve stayed at many hotels/resorts but have never been welcomed like here. Staff was there to greet me upon arrival, even before entering the hotel. Check-in was absolutely perfect as was the room. They stay was absolutely amazing, and will definitely;y be returning.
The hotel in Dubai to unwind with space and fresh air. A wide range of activities ,restaurants. Given the surrounding plant life there is a range of wildlife to match. Great to walk off the result of the good life such a rarity in Dubai.
The hotel has a very good standard of room as are the restaurants,bars and pool areas.What made this holiday for me was not only the comfort of the hotel but the superb staff they employ.They were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. It made me feel very special.
Lovely hotel with excelent service. Would defenitely recomment this hotel. Location is a bit outside Dubai, but there are shuttle buses going to Dubai daily. Its a very big resort with a nice athmosphere, and its Brilliant for familiys.
Excellent staff and facilities and wonderful food. Fourth visit and have never been disappointed. Look forward to joining you again soon. I can honestly say we did not meet a bad member of staff. All bent over backward to attend to all our needs and were happy to help when we have an overcharge on our transport.
Palm tree court is very relaxing and it feels as though you are in a tropical paradise. The food and beverage selection is extensive and of excellent quality. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The cost was average for the time of year and quality of the resort.
The fact that we have returned many times confirms our high quality experience. In addition the location of the hotel is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai and yet close enough to access the Malls etc.

Very peaceful and nice house reefs , lucky to see dolphins swimming outside our villa. A lot of marine animals . Some nice ambience in few restaurants . Very nice gym that has sea view and well equipped gym.
Can’t recommend this place enough, everything was incredible from start to finish. The perfectly secluded villas are perfect for couples, the private beach is like a dream and the island is in amazing location
Perfect for one week of relaxation where you can really relax and if you want to you don’t have to see any other guests, that’s how quiet and chilled it is and how the butlers will cater directly to your villa. Amazing!

There is no word to describe this place. The view is probably the best that I have ever seen. Everything was perfect and I would stay much longer if there was a suite available. We have made other hotel in Seychelles but this one will remain in our mind and heart. Thanks again to all the staff (in particular, Patrick, Alla, Suresh, Bayathi...).
Quality service, great restaurants, and a rare All Inclusive option for the country. Around 40 minutes from Dubai airport, and 45 minutes to Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi of which we use this hotel for annually.
Absolutely spectacular Island and Resort. Villas are incredible as are the people taking care of them. Food was also fantastic. The excursions and activities unparalleled.

Even though I have stayed at many top-notch properties around the world, its safe to say the hospitality of JA resort was the best I have ever experienced! Every staff member there made us feel like we were the king and queen of the Island! If you visit Maldives you must stay in Sunset water villas of JA, they are very Luxurious. Thank you JA for this wonderful experience.
Everything was superb and exceeded our expectations. We loved that they have many options for the restaurants. We really enjoyed the yoga classes and the beach activities. 
Everything was beyond perfect! The villa was breathtaking, the food was so tasty and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mangal, who was with us through every step of our stay. He booked for us everything and gave us tips on how to make the most of our stay. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and we had the destination dinner. It was a 3-course private dinner by the beach. It was honestly the highlight of our stay. If you ever go, this dinner is a MUST. Thank you JA Manafaru team for the perfect stay and we can’t wait to be back again!

We went to the resort for our honeymoon. We loved everything about the resort, from the activities it offers, the food, the facilities, and most of all, the hospitality of the staffs. To anyone visiting, we would like to recommend trying the Maldivian breakfast at the Kakuni restaurant. Whilst had high expectations about the beach and the rooms, but we never thought we would enjoy the food so much. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend the resort to our friends.
This was one of the most memorable vacations we have ever experienced. We have traveled all over the world and I can honestly say that the service and cleanliness at this resort is the best. We will remember all the staff that took such wonderful care of us. Especially Imran, Mors, Vipin, Miguel. You guys made it very special for my wife and friends. We can't wait to visit Ja Manafaru again in the near future. Oh and I forgot to mention the cuisine , which was world class!!
JA Manafaru is a wonderful resort.. Loved our stay. It was our first stay in the resort and it was memorable. Right from check-in to check-out we were pampered and serviced so well. From the Manager of the property, the chefs at the restaurants, to the personal guest relations assistant everyone is so focused on your comfort and stay. We had the best vacation @JA Manafaru.
We have just returned from an eight day stay at the JA Ocean View Hotel in Dubai . The Hotel is 5 Star & certainly lives up to its billing. We arranged our Holiday through Emirates Airlines & flew direct from Dublin. We pre-arranged transport to/from the Airport with Emirates . The Hotel is just wonderful, right at the Ocean with excellent facilities. The staff at the Hotel are excellent & greatly added to our overall experience. (Take a bow, Dimitri, Ross & Angelica.)It is located at the Walk which is at the far end of Dubai from the Airport. Getting around was easy & inexpensive using the Dubai Metro which brings you to all the Shopping Centres & places of interest. No trip to Dubai would be complete without a visit to the Gold Souk & the Souk on the opposite side of Dubai Creek which is crossed using an "atmospheric" boat ride . (you have to do it) . The Souk gives a glimpse of what Dubai was like before the modern version of Dubai was built & is populated by enthusiastic & friendly merchants who are great Sales People . Dubai is an ideal winter sun destination for Northern Europeans & we will be returning in the near future.
Great location right on JBR walk. Ideal for exploring Dubai. We normally stay at JA Jebel Ali for a beach resort holiday but this was fully booked probably due to the grand prix. However was not disappointed and the price we paid for all inclusive especially in Dubai was fantastic value and highly recommended. We had a upgrade to Seaview on high floor which was superb and once again the staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Raj in Girders garden room and Merry the concierge. This time of year the pool is in permanent shade but the hotel provides beach bag and equipment and the public beach with JBR facilities is literally 5 mins away. Will definately return, many thanks to all for making us do welcome
Lovely hotel. I would recommend it. Lovely staff who were very professional. Spotlessly clean and smart. Lovely bathroom with elemis product's and luxury robes. Vast comfortable bed. Super view over beach. The only thing we did not like was the buffet evening but was possible to eat at the sister hotel which was lovely
We stayed in Hatta Fort Hotel for my husband's Birthday in October and loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived it felt relaxing, welcoming and tasteful. Beautiful views around you and knowledge of the locality by the staff added this "little extra" to appreciate this area of Dubai even more. I will highly recommend to book a massage or a beauty treatment with the on-site therapist, who is exceptionally good. Don't miss out on a cocktail at the bar watching the sunset and listening to the beautiful voice of the vocalist performing on the night (we felt very privileged to have a dance on my husband's Birthday when she sang especially for us). The chef and catering / waiting team are just as superb (Do try Cesar salad prepared at your table. It's a full experience where you eat not just with your mouth, but with your eyes as well) and, trust us, the lobster is superb! Wishing you a very good stay at Hatta Fort. We certainly will be back!
My wife and I have now stayed at Hatta Fort Hotel five times. I have reviewed it twice before. This time, I want to emphasise the consistency of the high standards maintained there. Ambience, accommodation, food and facilities remain high. A lot of the staff have served there for many years. A lot of them greeted us with 'welcome back,' which made a good start to our stay. The whole team at Hatta Fort Hotel work well together, which is a credit to the individuals themselves and also to the Management. There are also some good special offers if you can book well in advance.
Hotel is situated in the beautiful Hatta, within 10 minutes of the Hatta dam and kayaking place. The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel facilities are great for a family with children. There are animals (goats, peacocks, deers, turtles), and a good outdoor playground. I liked learning archery also. Family swimming pool is not deep enough, but I think the other pool must have a more appropriate water depth.
This hotel is perfect for those looking to escape from the big cities in the UAE. We stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute. Beautiful rooms/cabins, fantastic hospitality & best of all stunning views across Hatta. We had a wonderful private dinner at the top of a hill & had our own private waiter called Edwin - he was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable & attentive. My only suggestion would be to improve the cocktails served by the pool area. They were not very nice & normally we love a cocktail!
Our first visit to PTC hopefully not our last ,We choose this hotel to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and my wifes birthday,what a good choice .The hotel is set in lovely gardens with streams running thru them. All the staff are great from front desk to the gardeners with attention to detail . Special thanks to our room boy Chandana,James in La Fontana,all the staff in White Orchid what a nice atmosphere to dine in .White Orchid lounge great singing duo and cosmopoltion ,Shooters best steaks ever thanks Krishma,La Traviata made our wedding anniversary special big thankyou to Rajau and last but not least Captains Bar great staff ,great food and great views special thanks to Albi,Ruston and Aftab great talking to you good luck in the future .PS Anchor bar the lads behind the bar worked their socks off ,Thankyou to all the staff
Travelling with kids the only problem was persuading them to leave the resort.JAPTC is a fabulous oasis on the coast filled with great staff who liked after everything to ensure a relaxing stay.Loads to do for everyone, definitely going back.
A wonderful week on our first trip to Dubai. This resort is just far away from the centre of Dubai to be a complete change from the bustle of the city. The contrast helps make a relaxing holiday with excellent customer service at the resort, with interesting trips to the Malls and Abu Dhabi complementing it beautifully.
This would easily be one our best and most relaxing holidays. The resort is well laid out, the grounds are beautiful, fantastic food at the restaurants and very helpful staff. A very special thanks to some of the staff of white orchid and shooters bar who accommodated our toddler with milk allergy food requests (Indranil from white orchid, chef mansood I think of the shooters bar restaurant). Other staff like Vishal, Gabriel, Basil and few others whose name I forget made our stay really comfortable. All in all it was an excellent holiday and we look forward to booking our next stay soon.
Love Love Love this place. We have visited this place a few times now, service is great, amenities great and the food is yummy never had a bad meal here!! The hotel is a short taxi or complimentary coach drive to the center of town but totally worth it for the tranquility. We played golf the course was lovely, staff were amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves.  To all golfers and non golfers out there I would highly recommend a visit!!
WOW!! 2nd Stay even better than our 1st stay last October half term. we were Upgraded to the Superior Executive Suite on arrival (already booked 5th floor family suite) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, dining room, pool view-Amazing-Thankyou Komal! Food at all restaurants was exceptional as was all inclusive drinks (branded). The grounds & beach are beautiful & the service received was even better than last year. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for families & would recommend all inclusive. Free bus transfers to the Malls/Atlantis & taxis are cheap enough if you want to go elsewhere. Special thanks to Suresh & Deepak at Captains for excellent service again & Komal on the executive 5th floor for our upgrade & always treating us with a smile! See you next year!
Still loving this place. Tranquil, friendly staff, good food selection but go all inclusive. Never had a bad surprise with holiday bill. Great welcome anytime you enter the front door ( Ed. You are a star and credit to the resort) Enquired about occasional use of a wheelchair! No probs at all. As Arnie said ,...I'llbe back' - again..
Excellent relaxing family holiday at this lovely Hotel .we have been to this hotel many times over the past 20 year's and always enjoyed our time there. We would highly recommend it if you want peace and quiet it's great. If you want to go into the City it does take a good hour to get there depending on the traffic. The hotel has a courtesy bus that goes to some of the shopping malls and to one of the water parks. Depends what sort of holiday you want. We love it there.
We had an excellent time and experience during our first time in Seychelles at this resort, which, we think, will be difficult to top. Location, staff, amenities, the food, privacy and the nature are few to mention that makes this place special. Highly recommend it !
Our stay at Enchanted was amazing! Each villa has access to a private beach and the private pool attached to each one is an absolute luxury. Even better are the staff who are by far the best team we've seen yet. Right from our pick up at at Mahe all the way until our last day there, the staff took excellent care of our needs. The food quality was truly five star and the staff made our evening on the occasion of our anniversary really special. We had the best stay at Enchanted and leaving the place was definitely hard.
We stayed at the Enchanted Island resort for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place! The environment of the hotel is ideal for couples, as there are only 10 villas and it's so peaceful. The rooms are big with private infinity pools, as well as very easy access to the beach from each room. The staff were always friendly, attentive and with a smile. Also the food was plentiful and very good quality. Overall, an unforgettable trip. Thank you for making our stay so special!
