Holiday International Hotel - Embassy District

Smooth check-in, friendly staff. The swimming pool was fantastic - clean and well-maintained. Great location in the embassy district with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Good place to stay in Bur Dubai. Good breakfast options, lots of Indian food varieties, rooms are nice and spacious. Service is spot on. Location is huge plus, the hotel is right next to a supermarket and is walking distance from Burjaman mall.

I stayed in the hotel for a week last month. Big positives- Metro was 5 mins walk and lulu hypermarket was opposite to the hotel. Food is one of the important thing while traveling. Breakfast buffet had wide varieties including delicious Indian dishes. Cheese omelette was my favourite. Chef Niranjan was always there welcoming the guests and taking care of everything. Will definitely stay here in my next visit too

Very old and low maintaince to the room. No light inside the room.. very small window opening inside the hotel which failed to bring in the light. We had to switch on the lights even during the day. The extra bed for which we paid 150 dhs. Was very average. Breakfast was very very poor. Cupcakes undercooked, fruits looked pale. No choice for deserts. Omllettes , poha had no salt, samabr tasted like Daal. The plates looked terrible. All white plates lost the coating or looked very old and overall, the whole look was not pleasant. For room service we requested toilet papers, they failed to bring. Will never recommend this to anyone

Hotel is absolutely not friendly towards BUSINESS TRAVELLERS. Stayed here in the second week of Sept 2023. Chose the hotel for its location. Usually Sept is not the tourist season in Dubai with temp around 41/42degrees. I reached hotel by 1.30pm local time and requested staff to give me early checkin as I just had to keep my one bag and immediately leave for my 3 pm meet in DIP2 area using public transport. Front desks Staff denied my request stating they are full. First of all if the checkout is 12 pm how can all the rooms be full till 3 pm ?? THAT TOO IN SUMMER OF DUBAI ?? I showed my text conversation with my client to prove my point but they were adamant and refused me room till 3 pm. I was a single business traveller and hardly stayed in room for more than 6/7 hrs a day for more than 4 nights. On last day I did check out at 8am instead of 12 pm as I had to leave for work. Hotel management must understand the priority of business traveller as every minute is valuable for us .. I was not looking to enjoy your bathtub or swimming pool. Trust the person who is on business trip. Although it doesn’t matter to you, but You have lost one customer for sure. Ohh most imp point for family travellers . Carry your own, plate bowl and spoons .. they not only take deposit against it but even charge you for every single cutlery piece .. I cross checked the same twice ..

I stayed in this hotel from 31st Dec till 5th Jan 2024. The rooms are good but food and service is pathetic. New year party tickets were way overpriced for what was offered. Rooftop was crampy and they can't handle the load. Service was pathetic both in New year party and breakfast buffet. Food was terrible both at New year party and daily breakfast buffet. Overall you don't get value for your money and not recommended to stay there.

I recently stayed at Holiday international and had a mixed experience during my stay. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered some issues that left me disappointed. One major concern was the behavior of the duty manager, Umair. Unfortunately, I found his behavior to be very unsatisfactory and it did not meet the standards of 4-star hospitality. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this and provides appropriate training to ensure better customer service experiences in the future. Moreover, I had specifically booked a king bed room for my stay. However, upon check-in, I was informed that there was no availability for a king bed room. The team assured me that they would assist me in getting a king bed room the next day, but unfortunately, there was no update on this matter and it left my wife feeling quite upset. Despite these issues, I must mention that the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a refreshing and nice ambiance. The housekeeping and front desk staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, while the hotel had its positive aspects such as clean rooms and friendly staff, the behavior of the duty manager, Umair, and the room discrepancy left a negative impression on my overall experience. I hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better training to their team.

No doubt, This hotel is at a centre place, Nearby market, But room service is very poor. They even ask charges for plates & kitchen knifes etc. If You ask for another towel they ask you to return the previous issued one. Food quality is not satisfactory Overall can’t plan to visit twice.

Hotel staff behaviour is so rude, by mistake my daughter who is 6 years old made star on bedsheet and for that they fined us 250dirham. We requested them so much that it was kid's mistake. But they didnt listen and were not giving our passport and bags. finally we paid the amount and we asked them for the bedsheet. We asked them to show the bedsheet, neither they showed us the bedsheet nor they gave us even after payment. This is so ridiculous and tortured behaviour
