El Greco in Flora Al Barsha

Amazing place, We attended a Birthday party of a friend, Mr. Martin assisted us well, he is very accomodating and friendly. We love the place and the food is great… we enjoyed the pasta!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Martin's service in assisting us with all our needs is super recommendable. His service was outstanding. His passion to his job to delight customers was evident in all his actions. A big asset of the restaurant.

There is a very beautiful and comfortable space for everyone,I’m very satisfied with the staffs,they are very friendly.Especially Binita always welcomes guests with a smile and sincerity,she is very friendly. I am very glad that I came to Dubai on my first trip and stayed in this hotel.

The cobone voucher was purchased to dine in at the El Greco restaurant located in courtyard by Marriott WTC , day in advice the restaurant was been called to make a reservation for the next day,the staff that answered the call informed that prior reservation is not required ( sounded south asian) however he was not professional while answering the call and also dint inform that the management has been changed and the restaurant is now located in Flora Al Barsha . We went the following day and got disappointed as there was no buffet and that el greco is located in Al barsha. Seems staff is not well trained with zero product knowledge and it's very disappointing that they represent brand like marriott .Next day we called the El greco in flora Al barsha and informed them the situation, the reservation agent name Tarendra was very helpful to give satisfactory information.All thought there is no wide selection of cuisines the ones which were presented were delicious. The host Ren is welcoming and Aman was professional and friendly. There are managers or supervisors just crowding the place and not showing any assistance and hospitality towards the guest , it's like not worth being there as there is no approachable expression on their face .

Poor. The dip was not fresh have I think it's been long time ago in the fridge. And the chicken feta was ugh. Not nice at all. Only the fries was ok. I ordered many times in this resto via talabat. But today disappointed! Not a good experience!!

It was wonderful stay Without doubt, one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my vacation in Dubai. view was breathing taking and I wanna give a shout out to the staffs for the warm and lovely services. Special shout out to Musa from the restaurant staff is a man of friendly environment, (appreciate this!). It's so premium by your hospitality. I'm satisfied with your service. The rooms are very flexible and luxurious, and food is spot on and delicious. Location is perfect as it it’s close to everything.

Though the verity was limted but taste was good. Specially mutton biryani. Dessert had only few things. Worth for the price paid. Should consider keeping carbonated drink. Recommend to go.
