We had a great hassle free experience when searching for our new home to rent. John understood straight away exactly what we were looking for, we ended up taking the first villa we saw with John. Once the contract was signed, getting RERA and DEWA all sorted John has still stayed in regular contact in making sure we still happy with the place we are in. We really appreciate this kind of service as it is hard to come by here in Dubai.

Nick is very dedicated and friendly. He helped me view many flats in 3 hours and spend lots of time trying to secure a good offer for me. Really appreciate that! Unfortunately my plan changed in the last minute, he’s still very understanding. Will definitely go with them and highly recommended!

Given the nature of my job it’s imperative that agency I use to help find them a new home is the best in Dubai. I can honestly say Quantum are by far the best. Really impressed with the service my wife and I received from Quantum. Gina works in a fun and professional manner and was always attentive to any of our calls and messages. It makes such a difference when you get an agent who is trustworthy and motivated to finding you the right place for the right price.

Natalie was an excellent realtor. Very hard working and driven to find a price point that works for both parties. She knows Green Community very well, and I certainly recommend working with her. Quantum loses one star however for the whole coneyencing thing, which was a highly recommended, but “optional” service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use the convencying company unless the price is dramatically dropped to about 2-3k. It’s not worth what we were charged since the buyer, seller and banks do most of the work after MOU.

We had a great experience with Nick from Quantum. He was very prompt with responding and viewings, to get tenants and the rent we expected. Among the 10-12 agents we contacted aroudn dubai, Nick was the only one who got us tenants for our expected budget. Thanks! Would highly recommend his service.
