Be super careful when you deal with them they are theifs , take special care for their maintenance , and take a photo of each issue when you move in because they will charge you to fix it when you move out , the best you can is not to deal with them at all .

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS REAL ESTATE LOOTING MONEY WITH PEOPLE OF UAE. THIS R.E IS VERY BAD AND RACIST. THEY ARE NO CHARGES IN TERM OF END CONTRACT WITH SAME NATIONALITY BUT IF YOU ARE NOT SAME WITH THEM. THEY CHARGES YOU MORE THAN TRIPLE OF THE COST WE EMPTY THE FLAT AND DONE INSPECTION, INSPECTOR TOLD NOT DEDUCT FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT CAUSE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. BJT PAINTING CHARGES 1200 AND FLYNET (BIRDNET) 450 DHS. EVEN THEY HAVE OWN MAINTENANCE THEY ARE DEDUCTING TOO MUCH AND UNJUST CHARGES. SO CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING R.ESTATE CAUSE THEY ARE LOOTHING ALL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ONCE CONTRACT IS DONE. THE WATCHMAN ALSO MAKE BUSINESS FOR WIFI CONN. BUT NOT PAYING THEN HE MAKE CAR PARKED FROM OUTSIDER. OUR CHILDREN BICYCLE SUDDENLY GONE AND REPORTED TO OFFICE BUT NO ACTION. WATCHMAN TOLD MUNICIPALITY TOOK BUT NO EVIDENCE HAD SHOWN TO US. THERE ARE A LOT OF RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES WE INFORMED OFFICE BUT NOTHING DONE. SOMETIMES BLDG. HALLWAY NO PASSGAE CAUSE OF FURNITURES ARE IN PLACE AND BAD SMELL EVERYTIME WE PASSED THROUGH.
