We contacted them to rent an office. Their agent Mr. Faheem did not communicate full details of the office he showed us in warba centre near abu bakr sadique metro station. Our deal with the office management couldn't finalise. And we paid 525 aed to that management even though they canceled our deal because of asking one cheque payment instead of 4 cheque that originally was asked and communicated to us. Then the agent Mr . Faheem who took advance commission 1,000 aed did not give us back the money he took. We have asked him many times that even if he wants to take money just take fraction as the deal was not finalised and canceled by the management and they already charged us but of no avail.
