A Memorable Stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira ... Definitely Reccommendable ... Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr.Rafay that set the tone for the entire experience... As most properties do, a Security deposit of 100AED has to be done and the city taxes has to be paid in AED cash , whhich is aaprox 10AED/Day... The hotel's location in the vibrant Deira district , Near to the Corniche , in the newly devoloping Enrichment Deira project made exploring the city a breeze. With easy access to GoldSouk Metro(1 Min Walk) shopping centers, cultural landmarks, and dining options, I felt truly immersed in the heart of Dubai's bustling atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.One thing to note down was the Water Purifier provided in the room which is not seen in much places . The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the stunning views of the city skyline added an extra touch of luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants. From indulging in delicious international cuisine at The Avenue to savoring authentic Arabic flavors at The Med, every meal was a delight for the senses. The roof top Infinity Pool & Gym offered are of top notch experience... Pool timings are 8am-8pm and has a bar too... spending a relaxed evening at the pool with some cocktails is also a very relaxing experience... The staff at Mercure Dubai, Deira deserve special commendation for their professionalism and attentiveness. Mehtab & Irene has my special heart for assisting during the day hours. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Stayed there in Febr...

Stayed there in February and what can i say about this place ! I didnt want to return from there ! Starting from the location , the staffs , the room , the food the service , the heated pool and the list continues ! It was awesome ! Everything was on top ! No compromise on anything . Thank you so much for this great quality service ! Will always be my stop whenever i come to dubai with my husband . Love from Mauritius ❤️

WORST HOTEL EVERR....

WORST HOTEL EVERR. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING AND STAYING HERE, IF IM ABLE TO GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.. staff is trashhhh rooms are small. Everything is horrible. Won’t recommend. Abdul Rafay is a terrible manager, he needs to learn how to Speak with people and better solve issues as he doesn’t know how to do so. they should hire someone more qualified to better run this hotel as the management isn’t the greatest. Zin was the only good staff at this location. The first review I have written was on the first day so I take back all the positive things I have mentioned. Thank you

We had a great stay...

We had a great stay in the hotel. Room was spotless, we particularly enjoyed the water filter system. Bed was extremely comfy. The rooftop had awesome views of the city and we enjoyed the pool and gym. Service by Trinish was fantastic and the food was very yummy. Taxis were readily available to take us where we wanted to go.

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The service from the staff was excellent especially Zin and Desi. But above all that, all the staff were excellent. The food was superb, the room very neat and up-to-date. We had nothing to complain about.

Really great hotel,...

Really great hotel, it's small and guest-friendly. It has all the basic amenities like hair dryer. The cool part is that it has a mini-water purifier in each room. It's really a plus for anyone trying to ensure that they drink enough water. The hotel is roughly 3 months old. It doesn't have coffee sachets so coffee lovers may find that as a con. You can order in most of the common coffee drinks but that'll cost extra. The great staff like Desi and Irene (who insist that we call them up if we end up with any issue and I mean ANY) along with the amenities means it's a great hotel. I must say that if one is a South Asian or African there seems to be a lot of eating options in roughly a 30 min walking distance or I am sure available on an online delivery platform like Talabat.

Very nice hotel loca...

Very nice hotel located near gold souk station on the green line MRT. Only problem with the MRT is it is very slow and it is way over capacity so much so it is uncomfortable so you will want to take a taxi, uber or careem everywhere anyway just a note. The hotel has a small gym and a nice rooftop. The rooms are super clean and large. Cleaning and front desk were great. Overall an excellent hotel but the MRT really sucks so badly so location isn't as good as it seems.

It was wonderful place next to metro station. Reached the hotel a day after as my flight got cancelled due to storm. Lady at the front desk in the night was really helpful. She helped me ordered the food late in the night. Amenities are spot on. Good restaurants on sight. Roof top pool with view is bonus. All the employees I came across are helpful and polite. Good customer service overall. Housekeeper on the 5th floor is helpful, couldn't catch his name. Special shout out to Mustafa in the restaurant for amazing coffee every morning. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

It’s truly a nice st...

It’s truly a nice stay here - clean and modern room and great breakfast. Mitch Michael from the restaurant is absolutely amazing - he provided me and my dad great service with kindness and courtesy. Whatever we need he will assist us in the first place. In addition, I’d like to highlight that his mandarin skill is amazing(we are Chinese). It will absolutely be a great asset for the hotel as more and more guests from mainland China are coming for visit.

Excellent location,...

Excellent location, right in front of Gold Souk Metro station, in an upmarket area of Deira. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I love the fact that they provide a water purifier in the room instead of bottles, also there is a coffee machine. Service is also excellent. Really appreciate the support of Mustafa in the restaurant. Highly recommended.
