We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of friends. The staff was polite and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Rakesh from housekeeping – he was super friendly and made sure our rooms were always spotless. His attention to detail really made a difference. Highly recommend this place!

This is our go-to hotel whenever we want to pause, unwind, and escape from our busy life. We’ve stayed here multiple times, and we keep coming back because of their excellent facilities and exceptional service. The staff are always polite, friendly, and genuinely accommodating, making us feel at home every time. Special thanks to Roxanne from the front office — she is extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests. Her warm hospitality truly elevates the experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Lovely hotel, with f...

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. Thanks to all staff, reception, restaurant and Mina by the reception security for making our stay better. Great price / quality. A bit out of the city but well connected via the metro and taxi. Sadly there are some construction works going on across the street, which makes the pool less pleasant due to the noise.

The hotel is conveni...

The hotel is conveniently located in the Deira district. There are many local restaurants nearby serving delicious food. The hotel also boasts a rooftop pool, a gym, and several restaurants on different floors.Breakfast is modest compared to other hotels in the All Acor group as is the quality of the restaurant food. I am very disappointed with the quality of the meals.. The pool staff was very helpful. The hotel rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. I would really like to highlight Rakesh. In summary: the hotel is in a good location, the service is excellent, the food is very poor. If you're looking for a base from which to explore, you'll be very satisfied.

had an amazing stay at the hotel – everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and consistently well maintained throughout my visit. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially Dudhman, who went above and beyond every day. He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made sure everything was spotless and perfect. His service was not only satisfactory but truly exceptional – it was clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests.Thank you for a fantastic stay! I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Staying here from long time. Near to metro station 2 mins walk. Breakfast delicious and good spread. aiman is attending us very well with nice omelette. Chef servet taking care of us with fresh hot croissants. Active staff. Good excellent 👌

Stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my sister. The location is just perfect. Hardly 100mtrs walk from Gold Souk metro. The room is fresh, clean n smells nice, you can also get it clean everyday. They allowed us early check in. Rooms are bit tiny also no one to carry your luggage was a minor con. The breakfast every morning has vide variety from Indian to different cuisines n hot n fresh bakery item from Chef Sanjeeva. Specially Ahmed n Abbas from restro, they are very warm n welcoming, always smiling, and all the staff from buffet breakfast is nice, keep things neat n tidy, always attentive, helping and smiling. Chef Aiman was such a charming n welcoming person, love her energy. The bartender Mustafa makes amazing coffees n was very sweet too. All the housekeeping staff specially Sanju n Puja were really hardworking in their work, daily clean rooms n keeping it tidy, always smiling n welcoming. Great staff, would love to be back here again and will refer frnds too..

Spent 4 nights at th...

Spent 4 nights at this property. Specially great location for those who have work in Gold Souk as it’s only 10 minutes by feet. There were not any indian vegetarian options at breakfast so we went to Chef Rakesh who then went above and beyond to include various indian vegetarian breakfast items for us and personally came to ask us at breakfast to ask how is the food and if we need anything else. He was also kind enough to bring food that was made only for us at the breakfast. We think this is the best gesture and because of this we would like stay again at this hotel. Thank you Chef Rakesh really. Great hospitality. Also, the lady at reception was kind enough to allow early checkin by 1 hour.
