Dirty desk, broken drawer, mold in the bathroom and poor service in the restaurant. This is not a 5 star hotel as listed. We chose this restaurant through Emirates web site and it was a complete disappointment. We sat down in the restaurant for dinner, we were the only couple in the restaurant, we placed our order from a server who was unsure if he should seat us, take our order or ro even tell us if the restaurant was open. We ordered 2 Grilled chickens and 2 seven ups. Thirty minutes later, no soda or even water. The server never came ro our table and disappeared. We decided ro leave, at that point another person asked us where we were going. I told him about the lousy service and all he did was laugh!

One of the worst hotels in Dubai. Very rude and disrespectful staff. They just wants to charge you extra money in the name of multiple taxes. They are doing this with every guest over there and when all of them threatened to complaint they gave the rooms without charging those irrelevant taxes. The vibe and environment is too bad. Never recommend!

good hotel , however lacks personal touch ..breakfast was good but can be better incorporating the profile and nationality of the visitors , however found similar repeated menu on days though located on main street , but it is far from the city tourist attractions , and no local night life and shopping in nearby areas .

Absolutely pulchritudinous service with exquisite bedroom decor which gives a perfect and subtle ambiance. The manager junaid is very cooperative and overall the staff is very well trained. The hotel has a beautiful view of the city aswell as acknowledging the inner beauty and atmosphere of the hotel.

I stayed here one night with my family. The junior suite was amazing. Spacious bathrooms, living room and the huge dining area was a surprise. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. Definitely will come back.
