poor management they can enter your room any time without permission and dnt know how to deal with the customers the prices are too high and they are always asking for money even if u delay 5min in ur checkout i want to mention the staff name who misbehave with us noman and jasim they dnt know how to deal the customers also the guy in the security shame on you

Stayed there for 9 days and this place is a shame to be called a hotel. Everything is ok in the room, does not smell nice, bed uncomfortable, staffs are not helpful, they say yes they will help and nothing is done. They have pubs from 9pm till 3am and you hear all the music, room is not sound proof at all. The only good thing was the breakfast was nice. Apart from that nothing. They mingle wires in the room, for the hairdryer and lamp, which is scary. Bathroom is so old and water leaking and dirty. They don't clean the room at all. Avoid this hotel .

Pakistani guy who was at reception was very good and calm in answering the all queries.provided with good room and service.The phipilina lady was very rude and we traveled from other city to dubai so we got angry on few things.instead of providing us comfortable environment she started fighting with us.very bad behaviour was shown from her side.

Had the dinner buffet at this place. what a buffet at such a small price. a day before I had a shawarma and a glass of juice and I paid 10 dirhams more for what I paid to these guys today for a hearty buffet... They had about10 different types of salad 6 -8 main course 2 sweet dish rice and breads and whatever I tasted they were all delicious... And it doesn't end there good food you ll get anywhere for the right price but not the service and hospitality. I can easily say that Mr Mohd. and Ms. Nono (sorry I am butchering the name) were such sweethearts. With smiles on their face they were helping our everyone and Nono was making sure to keep the place immaculately clean. That's what hits the right spot - loved the warm hospitality. Also the lady the front desk was ever so kind and professional I believe her name was Mercy... The hotel surely is hiring the right people. Thank you for hospitality. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I came across this hotel since majority of the hotels were booked during the time of our vacation. We went inside the gentleman (manager) really tried to help us find a decent bedroom in the hotel. Once they gave us the room key we went and got in there and notice in the bathroom there was strange noises coming from the toilet. The water pressure which we can hear and was pretty loud.. then we got settled in and we’re told next day we would be shifted to another room since they had only double bed rooms available during that time.. next morning we called and asked them they said yes we came be moved, went to our new room on the third floor (307). The rooms weren’t that good at all. The beds weren’t as comfortable but we had no other choice since other nicer hotels were sold out. Once we got settled in I went to washroom to hang something and the little hanger fell on the floor. They don’t have any updated maintenance work in this hotel. Then the tv wasn’t working we had to Call someone again to have them check why it wasn’t working. Then went my husband went to bathroom after he flushed nosiness were coming out. Anyhow next day when we left and came back they cleaned the room and they didn’t unlock our room. This happened 4 times and all they said was sorry.? Like we had our luggage in there.. and then they didn’t give us any toilet papers, tissue boxes, they didn’t give us a bath tub mat, they didn’t give us clean fresh towels. I had to call them and ask for that. That’s ridiculous at a hotel they should be providing us with all the products that we are paying for.. honestly this hotel was the worst experience. I would never come back here. I hope they learn from there mistake and hopefully it doesn’t happen to any other customers..

Very affordable hotel with a rooftop swimming pool. The receptionist are welcoming and homely. The rooms are very okay for their prices. There's a restaurant free for all guest but the price has been added to the room booking. If otherwise the price isn't added yet, each meal cost 20 AED per person and you get to eat to your satisfaction. And wifi is free for all guests The environment isn't noisy or overpopulated and very close to the city center. I love it. I love the ambiance

I went to the Mayfair hotel last month and in one word, the service was horrendous. The staff treated us very badly, we were threatened by the bald bell guy that they would charge us if we had leftovers. The smell in the hotel, everywhere, was annoying. The location is not the best in Dubai, but convincing for what you pay. Taxis are available 24/7. The metro station is fairly near and the airport is only 10 minutes away.

They are being very kind to my vegetarian friend i really appreciate it. Rooms are Clean and they provide wifi access but SSID is rotational and gets updated daily.

Room service stolen my electric shaver! Room smell awful , I asked to change my room , when i was with the reception for this another gust called and asked the same . I’m really upset staying in such a bad place because all other hotels was full. The first place that besides rooms safe they past a document that said here is not safe and if you have any valuable things you must give to reception! I’m really angry
