Великолепное расположение; очень вкусная еда. Люблю местных сотрудников - они здесь долго работают и меня уже узнают из-за постоянных командировок, возвращаюсь сюда как к себе домой! Рекомендую!

Сначала была шумная комната от музыки в ресторане, потом была другая комната с постоянной дрелью после смены. Красиво, но отдохнуть не получилось

The location of the hotel is great - next to the museum of future! The place has got a warm with great people around. I think if you are looking for anything chill and casual not formal like the Hilton’s :p this should be a good place to stay. Cheers!

Не тянет на 5 звёзд. Отвратительный сервис. Играет музыка до 2-3 часов ночи. При заселении просили странный депозит. Не рекомендую.

До 4 ночи долбит музыка!!!! Спать не возможно вообще !!!!!
Басы такие, что аж пол трясется , наш номер был на 3 этаже , бар на 6.
Я не знаю как люди с 4-5 этажа это выносят но это просто пи….
Переселили в другой номер на другом этаже , обещали что музыки не будет, в итоге такая же долбящая музыка !!!!!! Только не до 3 ночи , а до 00:00 !
Если вы хотите отдохнуть , лечь в адекватное время, то в этом отеле у вас не получится.
Завтрак в целом норм, но омлет свой я ждала 40 минут так и не принесли в итоге встала и ушла!!!!!!
На ресепшене всем пофигу , перекидывают ответственность на каких то менеджеров .
Единственный плюс отеля это вид на музей , больше ни че го !!!!
Мы в Дубае останавливались раз 15-20. Такого в отеле 5 звезд я не ожилала!!! Отпуск испорчен , спасибо 25 hours!

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the servants behaved very respectfully, and the service in the rooms was good. The breakfast included all kinds of cheese and bacon, but the hot food had little variety. The busy neighborhood of Barsi is about half an hour's walk to reach the supermarket. The metro station is not close. The hotel is good overall and I will choose it again.

Cute, nice, comfy and clean rooms. Amazing view from pool, food was really good too. Everytime when i came back after long day outside i felt like at home and the smell in whole hotel is amazing too. I think that u can never be bored in this hotel there is always something to do. Obviously kind and helpful staff, definitely the most unique hotel i ever been to! Sooo recommended!

Мы прилетали на выставку. Отель находится в 5 мин ходьбы от выставки. Шикарный отель, не похож ни на один в мире! Холл просто супер! Много дизайнерских штучек! Завтраки отличные с видом на музей будущего. При заезде сразу сделали апгрейд на лучший номер. Через 3 дня мы должны были переехать в 4 сезона, но решили остаться здесь.бассейн с видом на музей будущего Рекомендую !!!

Literally the best hotel ever. Their staff are the best I’ve seen in Dubai yet. Been here for over 20 years and this is the most extraordinary hotel I’ve been to. The staff really go out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable and looked after. Props to Mohammed X who handled my valet — my car had ran out of battery and he helped me jump start my car in the basement as well. Extremely helpful, and really went out of their way.

1:30am and I can’t sleep because of the music coming from the club on the rooftop. I understand some music is to be heard in some hotels on weekends, but this feels like the the walls are coming down. Called reception and they couldn’t do anything.
Avoid if you like falling asleep before 03:00 am.
Too bad because otherwise the hotel is nice.
EDIT: Original review had 2 stars, but i took one off because they did the same thing ALL DAY on Sunday. Felt like a disco is in my room. Terrible experience.

Lots of buzz little substance. We came here for one night attracted by the marketing. The location is good if you are for business traveler and the night view of the museum of the future is unmatchable. Pool and Gym are nicely designed and good quality. Restaurants are shocking: something you can find in a 2 stars ibis in Europe - food quality design and service are all low. The interior design is based on a cool idea executed in a cheap manner… someway, this hotel seems to me a marketing device for Accor (the hotel group owning it) to charge top prices without putting top investment in infrastructure and quality. Basically Accor - which owns also Ibis - puts the Ibis investment and charges almost the four season price. Smart business people.

A really cool and creative hotel with amazing staff. During the week I loved hanging out in the co-working areas. I would happily give 5 stars for weekday stays/visits. My opinion is different for the weekends. The loud music from the DJs makes enjoying the previously chill coworking and relaxing areas completely impossible. And I could hear the music from rooftop Monkey Bar in my room until 3am. I highly recommend this hotel for weekday stays/visits. I recommend staying away for weekends unless you intend to join in with the loud partying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 25hours Hotel in Dubai, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything was top-notch.
The staff, including Abdullah from security, and Bassem and Omar from the Nomad team, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is stunning, with modern amenities, stylish decor, and a vibrant atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I had a cut in the middle of the night and Mimi from security kindly came to assist me and took her time to make sure the bleeding stopped, providing indications on how to take care of it. She was very professional and kind and made a negative experience into a positive one. Thanks a lot for your help Mimi!

The ambiance of the hotel is trendy yet cozy, making it a perfect retreat in the heart of the city.
But what truly set my experience at 25hours Hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mohamed from the security team. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Not only was he incredibly polite and professional, but he also exhibited a genuine desire to assist guests in any way possible.
I cannot thank Mohamed enough for his kindness and cooperation throughout my stay. His dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of guests truly made a lasting impression on me. It's encounters like these that make me eager to return to 25hours Hotel in the future.

Really good hotel with great energy and wonderful cool and quirky stuff all over the place.
Their attention to details is truly remarkable.
All the people working there are really nice.
The food in the morning is supreme, great choice and quality.
Location is perfect and the view is unbelievable.

We stayed at 25hrs hotel from January 16th to 21st 2024. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Yet, I don’t think I’ll be coming back nor recommend it to any of my friends and family.
They have very interesting and attractive interior designs (lobby, rooms, corridors, etc..). Fast and professional valet service. No matter how loud the music is in the lobby and corridors, the prayer room was very quiet. Perfect location.
1-My bad experience started at the reception during check in. The lady was nice and welcoming at the beginning and then her attitude changed when I requested to be in a higher floor. She told me this is not possible. And then I asked her if she can at least give me a room with a good view. She said that she put me in a room with a good view of the center as I requested and when I got to the room the view wasn’t as she described, all I could see was work offices of the company next to the hotel.
2- My bad experience continues with the loud music late at night (2am). 3- Housekeeping doesn’t refill the vanity products or complementary mini bar. I have to ask for it. 4- One day I came back to the hotel room and there was stinky smell. Eventually I discovered it was either the pillow cases or the pillows it self. So I called front desk and asked to change them as they smell so bad.

Karim continued to be a valuable asset throughout our stay, effortlessly handling all our requests.
The breakfast experience was fantastic, offering a plethora of options to choose from. The variety and quality of the food added an extra layer of enjoyment to our mornings.

The hotel is exceptional, great vibe, design, location and service. Great staff, very welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast option, it’s well priced and has a great assortment of foods.
One area they can definitely improve on is the front desk staff. Check in and check out is slow and often you’re waiting. They did an horrible job at explaining the facilities at check in. I had to find out a lot of cool things the hotel has to offer in my own the last day. Although all very respectful for the most part.
Absolute 10/10! Would definitely recommend.

Отель оформлен необычно.На любителя,я бы сказала.Не понравились туалет и душ,ощущение что находишься не в отеле,а в какой-то общаге.Раковина находиться снаружи.
Завтраки хорошие.Расположение отеля хорошее.

Отличный отель ! Новый, номера просторные и светлые, дизайнерское исполнение, хороший бар, два ресторана, прекрасное спа ! Прекрасная локация рядом метро. Музей будущего, дубай мол и многое другое. Рекомендую

Свежий отель. Очень интересно посетить. Есть манки бар на 6 этаже. Очень атмосферно и приятный бар. Танцевальна площадка. Много местечек для селфи. Дизайнерская работа. Приеду только сюда в следующий раз. Есть акции на один день и другие акции для экономии средств.
