nice place, parking facility

I have been a customer of Home R Us Zabeel branch for quite a long time due to big selection of nice items. However, every single time I would face issue with one or another item bought. I never complained or returned any item because the issues were small. Today, I tried to return two coffee flask still wrapped on bubble plastic and inside original bag but the manager refused to do anything about it. The flasks were broken and still inside the wrapping. The excuse given it is over the exchange period of two weeks. I explained I was on vacation, therefore I could not come earlier. Unfortunately, the manager could not be bothered. My advice for everyone, do check every piece of item you buy. Even if it's inside the original box. In my case, I will never return or buy any item from them.

Very nice shop, staff is friendly and willing to help. The choice is fine. The only concern is the parking tgat is free only my if you buy something. They should make parking free for 2 hours for visitors... it will ease the choice to go there and have a look instead of going in other shops were the parking is free.

good products, a bit expensive

Good shop and collection but lousy service. The sales person was not at all interested in showing you anything but wanted you to reach out after you have chosen and are ready to pay! So didn't feel happy.

Quality of the products left lot to be desired.... as the 5 mirrors we purchased ..2 were cracked on frame and had to be returned...but the return process and professional assistance of Bashir in the furniture cash area was simple exceptional...went out of the way to check the recipes..sorted the IT problem with regards refund and even kept us posted after 48 hours that the refund process has been finalised...his service showed that soft skills can overcome a poor product purchase experience!!!

Your staff Nura is amazing she made sure that my wife found the right product while keeping her informed on the stock availability. She’s very supportive and have a can do attitude. Thanks to the manager too he’s the best after Nura👏👍🙏

Amazing place with nice collection

Ordered item online 7 days ago, still no delivery despite being sent updates it will be delivered 4 days ago. Homes R us customer service will only send an email to the courier and requested for me to follow up with the courier company Jeebly? Very poor customer service and delivery compared to other companies (Homecentre). I wouldn't recommend using and will not be using again.

They are good, customer service needs to be improved. We brought Sofa and chairs from here they worked for an year. They have different segments of furniture but it’s really confusing to browse. The delivery is late, if you couldn’t find anywhere this can be a backup option
