I visited the place and its very cool as you can pick the design of the bed and sofa that you want! And then pick the textile and color of your preference. A funny incident happened with me at there place. As i was walking outside the door i pushed a mirror by accident and broke it into 1000 pieces but the staff was very kind with me and told not to worry specially Wasi he was very nice to me and calming me not to worry. I advise you to go as they have good prices.

Zero stars! Absolutely shocking product delivered that looks nothing like the image online. Completely damaged item- colour of drawers do not match the frame and it’s been over one month since the original order and they have not delivered the product to the correct standard. They should be reported for fraud for providing fake pictures on their website with standards that they clearly cannot meet. Very very disappointed.

I ordered a bed and mattress from Divine Furniture during their Ramadan Sale. The team was very helpful in offering me a variety of colour and fabric choices and made the product very quickly. The delivery team worked quickly to assemble the item. I love my new bed! Mattress is comfy too

I would recommend to be cautious with this company, their salesman is very friendly and initial responsiveness is really good. We made a mistake of paying the entire amount upfront, this is when they started responding late, they delivered the sofa late and without the cushions! Bear in mind, the sofa looks very different from their website to what we actually received - so be careful with your orders. When I contacted them again to deliver the cushions, they asked me to write them a positive review on Google to receive what I had paid for lol! Nothing short of a joke, quite unprofessional, eventually I got the cushions. But overall satisfaction is a 2/5.

It was such a surprise to run into highly professional service. Nihal, the sales manager gave us the great understanding of the product they can build. After understanding all our needs, we came together with a great plan. Within 10 days we had a couch of our dream for an affordable price. Great quality and service. 10 out of 10 recommended

Really love the quality and the finishing of the bed. The whole shopping experience was also amazing. The sales guy was very cooperative and helped a lot along the whole customization process. Good quality product in good price.

Please stay away from this company! They will sweet talk you in the beginning and assure you that they are up for the task. They very conveniently take the full amount upfront (other companies only require a token deposit) and then there is no chance of a refund. They took on the task of making two very straightforward 4 poster beds for my sons. In the initial meeting I had made it clear that we needed these in a timely manner, chosen all the materials and decided upon a delivery date. Low and behold 2 days before the delivery date, the material supplier apparently didn't deliver, etc. The beds arrived a month later and were a complete disaster. The colours of the 4 sides of the bed were different shades of grey, splinters were coming off the wood, the space left for the mattress was larger than the specified, standard mattress size, and the four pieces of wood that were supposed to fit the roof of the bed were incorrect sizes. The team was completely incompetent and wanted to use my children's bedroom as their factory to fix the issues (toxic smell of paint etc). After a prolonged argument, they finally came to take the beds back to the factory to ‘fix’ them. The team that came to take down the beds, further destroyed them by completely ripping the wood apart. After much following up the beds came 3 weeks later with many of the same issues present. The wood from one side of the top poster of the bed recently fell on my son one evening while he was in bed - if this was any other country this would be a legal health and safety issue, which the company would be liable for. The state of the beds is such that moving them slightly from the position they were left in means that the whole bed falls apart. Oh and be prepared for many ignored calls and a total lack of customer service. Please please go with any other company in Dubai and save yourself the stress and a terrible end product. I have provided pics to back up my claims.

We are extremely happy with the bed they made per our request , the quality is perfect, the customer service and the after sale service ! Highly recommend them .

We ordered 2 beds (1hydraulic) plus a bedroom chest of drawers cum dresser on 31st August 2023 After 3 failed deliveries in which they either brought highly sub standard Furnitire or improper fittings I am still to receive ny goods. Seeing their poor craftsmanship and service , I requested a refund instead but this has been denied !
