We booked three room...

We booked three rooms for a one-night stay and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Danuka at the reception for his warm welcome during check-in, and to Ms. Anita and Ms. Catherine for their courteous assistance throughout our stay. We had opted for the breakfast package, and the variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent. We would also like to commend Mr. Mohammed Tawheed from the pool staff for his helpful and friendly service, which made our time at the pool even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. Many thanks to the entire La Quinta team for their hospitality!

Noisy. No sleep and...

Noisy. No sleep and no rest at this hotel. Loud talking in the corridors, construction work outside and music from the disco at night. Horrible.

I recently stayed at...

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience. What truly stood out was their attention to detail. Every special request I mentioned during the booking was acknowledged individually, and I even received a detailed reply for each one - something I haven’t experienced at any other hotel. A thoughtful welcome message was also sent a day before our arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel has its own parking facility, and the check-in process, though slightly time-consuming, was smooth and well-managed. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and equipped with multiple beds, making it ideal for our needs. During our stay, one minor issue we reported was promptly addressed by the staff, reflecting their responsiveness. The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was not only attentive but also friendly. At night, there was a continuous mild sound coming from the bar area, though it wasn't particularly disturbing. There were a couple of small drawbacks: one leg of the table in our room seemed misaligned - likely overlooked by the previous guests or unnoticed by housekeeping. Also, while vacating, I requested the bellboy to bring our luggage to the basement, but he asked me to bring the car to the ground level instead. Unfortunately, following the hotel’s exit route led me to the backside of the building, causing unnecessary delay and confusion. I had to call my family to direct the bellboy to the correct location. Another point to note - by looking at the name, I assumed the hotel was located in Jumeirah, which is why I chose to book it. However, it turns out the hotel is not in Jumeirah - the name is slightly misleading. Lastly, access to the hotel was slightly inconvenient due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Despite these minor issues, the staff’s hospitality, attention to guest needs, and overall comfort made it a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others looking for a family-friendly hotel experience

The worst experience...

The worst experience ever, staff is rude and lack respect. I noticed them they are always after tips. If you offer tips they are good and if you don't offer tips they look at you with eve eye. I was extremely un uncomfortable with the front desk manager he constantly looked at me until I told my husband.later my husband said its because we did not pay him tips. Rest i did not have any problem with any staff in the hotel.

Nice property with s...

Nice property with spacious rooms and very good breakfast. We got a good deal due to summer. Saw a night club at the ground floor of the hotel and requested the reception to allocate us a room away from the club. The receptionist Mr. Amir was kind enough to take our request and allocated us a room accordingly.

I'd like to congratulate the hotel management; everyone is very helpful, friendly, and provides good service. I enjoyed my experience here, even though there isn't much to do outside and isn't the best location. The food isn't anything special, but it is competitively priced. The room is spacious and cozy but it has no natural light; the shower pressure is good, but has no door so you end up getting the rest of the bathroom floor wet. You have free shuttle to the beach and to dubai mall. We were in the second floor during the weekend and we didn't heard the discotec.

I’d rate this a solid four stars based on the price I paid. I wouldn’t personally spend more than £100 per night here—unless other nearby options were more expensive. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is decent. Service was good and matched the expectations for a hotel in this category. The air conditioning was a bit tricky—it’s quite powerful and hard to regulate, so I had to keep turning it on and off. The bedding quality could also be improved. The restaurant downstairs wasn’t bad either—the butter chicken and naan were actually quite nice. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I got for £160 over two nights. I’d stay here again if I was traveling on a budget.

Me n my friend staye...

Me n my friend stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was one of the best rooms ever I have ever stayed because special mention to danuka who provided good service and gave us upgrade to our room and it was really good of him and the breakfast was also good not bad and I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. And there are nice restaurant and clubs also in this hotel.

We stayed at La Quin...

We stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Dubai for one night and overall had a great experience. The staff were warm and accommodating. We had an early morning appointment at the US embassy, and although breakfast hadn’t officially started, one of the team kindly arranged some food for us and let us sit and eat, which we really appreciated. When we returned just before breakfast ended, another staff member was just as welcoming and allowed us to have a proper meal since we were quite hungry. The only drawback was that we had called ahead to confirm the room had a balcony, which it did—but unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to open it due to the humidity. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the service truly stood out. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at La Quin...

We stayed at La Quinta Hotel and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were actually really big and comfortable, and the colors were bright and kind of kid-friendly, which gave a nice vibe. The staff were polite and everything felt calm. However, the bathrooms were a bit outdated. In one of our rooms, the bathtub had a yellowish color from age and wasn’t well maintained, and the silicone around it looked stained and not cleaned often. It didn’t feel dirty overall, but the hotel could definitely use better maintenance and deeper cleaning in some areas. The breakfast buffet was fine, not amazing, but it had enough options to start the day. Parking was a bit tight but manageable. The hotel is in a good spot as it’s close to both old Dubai and newer areas too, so getting around was pretty easy. In general, it’s a decent place.
