What A Memorable Evening at Kimuraya Japanese Restaurant!
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible dining experience my friend Princess and I had at Kimuraya Japanese Restaurant at Sheraton Creek Hotel, From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every aspect of our evening was simply superb.
Our visit was made even more delightful by the exceptional service provided by Princess, our waitress. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel like valued guests. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Princess seamlessly attended to our needs without being intrusive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
The sushi rolls were works of culinary art, expertly rolled and filled with a harmonious blend of ingredients, and the egg soup was a comforting delight. Each dish was a delightful symphony of flavors that left us craving more.

I would suggest that if you are looking for Japanese food, it is much better to go to Mogiya and not here in Kimu-raya. Because here in Kimu-raya, you have limited choices of food, and the service is super slow. Look at this squid. I have followed up with them more than five times (1.50 hours) just for this squid, which is not the same as what they offer on the menu. 👎
Oh, one more thing: their staff is not nice. Actually, one of the staff spilled some of the sauce with us because she accidentally bumped into the other staff, but she didn't even say sorry. Tsk tsk

Just spent our wedding anniversary in Kimura ya at sheraton hotel and its a really a great value for money. From the ambiance, food and the very accommodating staff . Everything was on point. Especially, Katrina and Karen who makes our dining experience worthwhile. Thank you Kimura ya . Can't wait to comeback

Super nice food! It’s really authentic even the side dishes is great👌 😍 the staffs are very accommodating, nice ambiance and they even let us wear the kimono 🤭.

The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the food was pure comfort in a bowl. BBQ wagyu beef is a must-try! We love it! The staff was friendly, and the ambiance transported me to Japan. Can't wait to go back for more culinary delights! 🍣🥩

It's very nice to be able to eat in this place because the food tastes good and the service is friendly and fast, the atmosphere is comfortable with a lot of Japanese-themed decorations
This Kimuraya is inside Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and luckily when we came here we got service from the hotel also to rent a taxi 😇
The price is very worth it for food obtained and coincidentally, in the new year we got a 149AED promo only for AYCE, very satisfying.

The food is very expensive since we got the Japanese Wagyu beef for 550 AED(without steak). The food is good,and since it was unlimited food and drinks,it definitely felt worth it since we were eating a lot. The atmosphere and ambience didn't feel very expensive which may turn off some,but I was glad it wasn't because it looked less intimidating.

I had an incredible dining experience Kimura Ya Creek!
The ambiance was enchanting, the staff was attentive and accommodating especially Ms, Karen & Ms. Ritchel.
The food was an absolute delight. Each dish was expertly crafted, bursting with flavors that left my taste buds dancing.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to savor a memorable culinary journey.

I used to have a great dining experience with this branch before, however during my visit yesterday, i think that will be my last dining with them. they are serving food not according to your order preferences and also the serving became poor. Although they have offers going on, but then you will just get what you paid for. Since it is promotion, so the serving, plating and service will just be poor and less. Plus they are charging 10% service fee without even getting the kind of service you are expecting from them. You can see on my attached photo, this is what i separated from my salad bowl as they are not fresh anymore for a “salad”. they used to serve fresh salad but now, even not fresh vegetables they are still serving to customers. I cannot enumerate all the things i have noticed but then if you will spend more than AED 100 for dining, better go for different option or buffet because it is really not worth it anymore.

I usually give the best rating but this time, am skeptical. It was also during my special day with my employees.
I booked for 15 people last month for my birthday with my staff.
Absolutely food was amazing. It’s my 4th times here so I know that the food here is quality.
I was not expecting that when you booked a lot, service will be slow and disappointing. It was not organized.
I think that when you booked for a lot of people, you are expecting a better service.
Staff were idk 🤷♀️. They were too slow and just because I booked a lot of people, doesn’t mean you will tell me and my employees, that you will just bring whatever we have. It’s a buffet so they have the right to obviously choose what they like.
We keep waiting and waiting for another order. It was not so organized at all. My driver keep waiting for his friend rice for 1 hour. 😀 Give the poor man his friend rice please. That’s all he was requesting.
The food was consistent and still so tasty.
I think that, better to just book, 2 people. You will have a better service.
I was so disappointed.
Still the food was great. I am coming back for the food itself.

Ordered Unagi kanayaki & found it average. Spicy edamame & steam rice were fine. Seating outside was nice in good weather. I wish it overlooked the creek rather than than listening to the street noise.

I've been here multiple times and still i'm coming back with my friends and family. Staff here are so accomodating and friendly specially Ms .Joyce and Jade..If you're looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant that is worth of your money, then try dining here. Its a must try☺️☺️☺️

Kimuraya exceeded our expectations with their food and their staff. All their food selections are on point and tasty and worth the price. All their staff are warm and accommodating especially Jade who is very patient with us. We will surely comeback and highly recommended!

Great Japanese food. The meat, sushi, dumplings, and the rest of the food was top-notch and delicious. We chose the "all you can eat" deal. It costs about 390$ per person or AED 695 (drinks aren't part of the price) but all food was fantastic so it felt like good value.
Ira helped us out. Big thanks to her and the whole team; they were all friendly and professional. We had a really good time.

Most of the food tasted delicious - but we need to address the slack in service. Our dine in experience was going well and it looked like 1 of the servers was trying her best to assist us based on our food preferences and choices. But one of the dishes we ordered wasn't up to the mark - it actually missed the spot by a mile! Now, although it was our first time dining at Kimuraya, we've tried this dish multiple times previously and knew what to expect. The dish being unpleasant is not the issue - but when we told the server we didn't like how it was prepared after just one bite , she was surprised and looked unprepared to handle such situations - I asked her to take it back to the kitchen to show the chef the bits that weren't prepared correctly. She looked at the dish but didn't take it with her .. she then went to the kitchen to speak to someone, came back and told us this is how they prepare it and if they re-do it, it will still be the same - so if we didn't like it we should order something else off the menu - i told her once again i would like her to take the dish back - and she told me to leave it on the side and then proceeded to mumble something - she insisted we order a replacement and continue our meal. At the end of the meal we were charged for the undesirable dish and when i asked why - she mentioned well this is how we do it and we can't take it off if we've added it to the bill. I reminded her that SHE SUGGESTED i order a REPLACEMENT -- then why should we be charged for both dishes -- this was followed by more mumbling and I didn't want to make a scene. My disappointment comes from the dish not even being checked properly, the chef or manager not being notified or stepping in to sort the issue. The situation was managed extremely unprofessionally and the server kept implying we just brush it under the rug and not talk about it and just pay up. She tried to push us to just "enjoy the rest of the meal" and pay no mind to the money we wasted on a ridiculously sad dish that no one from the restaurant wa
