Amazing! Train-SF has the best of everything. This gym has every piece of equipment you can imagine. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The energy at Train-SF is second to none.

I have been going to this gym for years and I love it there. The staff are friendly, the training tools are new and clean, and the environment is motivating to workout.

If you decide to join as a member, it’s important to be aware that there may be some challenges with the gym’s temperature control. The AC can be quite hot or extremely cold in different areas. Before making a payment, it might be helpful to ask other members if they have experienced any issues with the AC. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you may need to book a treadmill in advance, as they can be in high demand. It’s also important to manage your expectations when it comes to receiving assistance from trainers, as their availability may be limited. In terms of pricing, it’s worth considering that the gym may be slightly overpriced, and you should also budget for parking tickets, as there is no designated parking area like other gyms in Dubai. While you will have to pay for parking almost AED 300 per month on top of the monthly fees landing on AED 1000 per month , there’s also a chance that you may forget to refill your parking spot while you’re busy working out, resulting in a fine of AED 200. Lastly, it’s important to note that free classes such as aerobics or steps may not be available at this gym, which may come as a surprise. However, I welcome anyone to correct me if I’m mistaken.

Terrible attitude to the customers, I come for trial lesson for my minor and was not allowed even to see facilities in very very rude form . Very not recommend to go , it is not the service and attitude we should practice in Dubai .

One of the best gym in dubai , high quality equipment , best trainers , its just awesome place to workout , crowd is good too ,area is also very big as compare to golds or fitness first , good parking space outside , pricing is little higher but worth it , and trainer who have reps card valid can get discount on membership.
