Came to Luna for a Girls Lift Girls event and wished I’d come here sooner because this gym is absolutely beautiful, spacious, super clean and a great vibe. All the staff are lovely and recommend the protein shakes after a hard workout!

How do you call a place where you feel comfortable and safe? I guess it's called home. For the last two years, Luna Gym has become a second home for me, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and the happiness I feel every time I step through the doors.
This is a very friendly and inviting space for every girl and woman, whether it's your first time in a gym or you're already a professional athlete. At Luna, you'll always be in good hands. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, making sure you feel supported from the moment you walk in.
The gym is equipped with an impressive variety of machines and equipment, all well-maintained and super clean. But what really sets Luna apart is the personal touch, especially from Kat, the head coach. Kat isn’t just an expert in her field—she truly cares about each person’s journey. She creates challenging yet fun workouts that you’ll enjoy, pushing you to your limits in the best way possible. Kat gives everyone individual attention, whether during class, after a workout, or even beforehand. Her encouragement and professionalism create an environment where you can grow and thrive, no matter your fitness level.
The gym itself feels like more than just a workout space. The lounge area, with its cozy vibe, is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. Luna even offers delicious coffee and shakes, making it easy to unwind or refuel. The facilities on the first floor are also top-notch, with clean showers, locker rooms, and even an ice bath for those days when you need an extra boost in muscle recovery.
Luna Gym is not just a place to work out—it’s a community where everyone supports each other. I highly recommend it to any girl or woman looking for a supportive, clean, and welcoming environment to reach their fitness goals. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing CrossFit gym! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially coach Kat, who is exceptionally lovely. The facility is always clean and well-maintained.
The community atmosphere is fantastic! All the members are so sweet. The programming is well-structured, with plenty of guidance and support from the coaches.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit!

What can I say? When it comes to Kat, I can’t find the right words to explain how phenomenal this coach is. Her workouts are very well organized and to the point. She is also very supportive and encourages everyone to push beyond their limits. She gives great tips on technique and form.
The gym is very clean, well equipped, and spacious. She has built a wonderful community of strong women and the gym itself is highly recommended.
