If there is somethin...

If there is something below 1 star Ill drop it. In summary, extremely rude and unprofessional customer service, rude and unethical, there is no corporate number to reach to complain and no outlet for the frustration. Avoid this gym at all costs, they do not care for their customers and will easily get away with rude behavior and unapologetic actions. Trust me, many better gyms out there, a place you would be going to everyday to train should (bare minimum) have respectful.

Such a disappointing...

Such a disappointing experience. The gym is always crowded, smells bad, and many times I had to go back several times in a day just to find space to work out. I finally decided I had enough and chose to cancel my contract. I even agreed to pay the three months penalty, but they still kept asking me for “proof.” Instead of closing my membership, they kept taking money from my account. I sent them multiple emails explaining everything and confirming I would settle the penalty, but they ignored it. Then they started sending me legal notices and even threatened that it could affect my credit score. It feels like they only care about money and not about their members. They just pack in more people without thinking about the experience. Please think twice before signing up here.

I regret joining Gym...

I regret joining GymNation. Their rules are extremely strict and unfair to members. They claim you can cancel if you leave the country, but in reality, they make it almost impossible by demanding unreasonable documents like visa cancellation, even if you’re only moving abroad for work. I provided proof of my job offer and even a one-way ticket, but they still refused. Instead of supporting members, they only care about locking you into contracts and taking your money. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for flexibility or fair treatment. Also the gym is super crowded, for each machine or dimples u gonna have to wait in a queue for it Sweat is everywhere all over the place

Great gym, easy acce...

Great gym, easy access, friendly staff. Just to improve, peak our are full however I used to go in other times, and parking access I the ground floor sometimes is not working well. However there is one more slot outside in front of it.

I am in that gym since three years and I am enjoying the training there! Don’t hesitate to talk to Michelle at the reception, she’ll be of great help. A big thanks to Nicole (cycling professor), Catherine and Srinivas (yoga professors), they help me in my routine practice a lot!

Great gym with clean facilities and a positive atmosphere. The equipment is top quality and there's always enough space to work out. Big shoutout to Victor super helpful and professional. Made my experience even better!

The gym is overall c...

The gym is overall clean and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant workout environment. However, it does get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, and is mostly dominated by men. Because of this, waiting for equipment can take some time. Other than the busyness, the vibe is chill and comfortable once you get into your routine.
