After consultation from the kind and competent Dr. Roy, my uncertainty had subsided immediately. He provided me with a clear treatment plan, making sure all my needs were taken care of perfectly. That same day (just as the name of the clinic implies), I had my first appointment to get my teeth fixed. From there forward, I got to experience the greatest level of service I have ever experienced in any type of business. A team working together seamlessly, very quick and clear communication, flexible availability for the appointments, extremely precise work, and most importantly; a respectful, super kind team that take pride in their work! We went for a double wisdom tooth extraction surgery for my daughter. Dr. Roy was immensely gentle, thoroughly professional, meticulously detailed and surprisingly caring throughout. He was available to us on WhatsApp all the way until complete healing had happened. And we never had to wait for a response and they were always detailed, simplified and reassuring. For multiple implant cases, two sessions are required. The first appointment involves placing the implants and temporary acrylic teeth on a single day. The second appointment follows seven days later for the placement of the permanent porcelain teeth.
