They are very untrained staff I have ever seen .very unprofessional They take registration fees and deliver pathetic services

Still Your staff are not helping in any concerned. They are slack at work I am asking them give me manager number they said to me we don't have I don't know what kind of the doing work here

I have changed my review from 5 star to 1 star (infact I only put that rating because they told me so, since day 1 their customer service is below average) I have changed my rating because today I have experienced the worst customer servife despite of being a regular customer…the staff was rude and one cashier gave me a different information regarding claiming my funds. I have made an effort to provide the document but then they still didn’t let me claim my funds saying that I need to know who’s the cashier that assisted me that time since she has apparently “misinformed” me. So their staffs are not being trained well and they just let someone misinformed a customer? A cashier was there and present at that time but acted like she doesn’t know anything watching me getting more frustrated. This is very disappointing.. I wouldn’t have come a long way if I was not told to come back and present a document if I know that it will not do me anything. It would be great if you guys can be more empathetic instead of just handing me over my documents rudely.

For someone with an Iranian passport, it does not convert US dollars into UAE dirhams. The exchange employee said: The name of Iran does not exist in our system and we cannot provide you service!

This is my first experience to send money from this exchange but its very bad experience.i will never use this exchange next time for the transfer.from 7 years i m using ansari exchange and with in hour its transfered.but here i have send money on 21 dec and today is 24 until know its not tranfered.
