This clinic was recommended to us by our friends so my wife and I went there with high expectations - and they didnt disappoint! We had our therapist, Jan Mae, who would thoroughly explain each treatment and its effect on your skin. She's kind and very professional. We will definitely come back again and I'm looking forward to our next treatments with them.

I have been visiting TruCare Clinic from 4 years. But that was with another Dr. Now I’m been visiting and this was my Second visit with Dr Elham Keikha. She is Amazing with her Aesthetic. My hyper Pigmentations have lighten almost to 70%. In just 2 sessions of my PRP. Both my treatments with her have given me amazing results. I would recommend Dr Elham n TruCare clinic for all the Dermatology Aesthetics.

I have been a regular client for the last 6 years and I have been your regular for various services. Your new receptionist is quite slow, quite confusing and confused and the communication is absolutely weak. I request you to retain MAO, RACHEAL, JANE MAE, Korraine who know your old clients and are quite quick with information & attendance . I had a tough time trying to explain and even after reaching there i had difficulty. Hope this feed back helps. I will be your regular client anyways thank you!🙏🏼

I did my scaling and polishing with Dr. Moutaz and I’m happy with the results. The clinic is clean, staff are very accomodating , and they also offer reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended clinic.

Did my teeth whitening here. Did not experience any sensitivity after. My teeth looks way better (and whiter) now! Will come back to try their facials tomorrow as I had a very good experience today. Staff are also very nice and easy to talk to.

I have been visiting Dr. Issam Naamo at TruCare Clinic for my braces adjustments, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He is an excellent dentist—highly skilled, professional, and very gentle during procedures. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures that I’m comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. I truly appreciate Dr. Issam’s dedication to his patients and his attention to detail. My fav clinic been coming here for more than 5 years stopped when i became pregnant now that im not pregnant again I come back again Pauline is the best she makes my hydrafacial and makes my laser removal she’s very friendly, and good at what she does she even give you tips on how to maintain your skin. You should visit here and they have the best monthly packages too.

I don’t usually give reviews as I understand how challenging it is to work in this field, but I’m really disappointed with the reception/admin. The doctors and nurses are friendly and nice, but the reception team is not. I requested a refund for the balance I paid since I won’t be able to continue with the treatment, even offering to deduct the normal price instead of the discounted one. However, I have been repeatedly ignored when following up on my concerns. When I finally get a response, I’m told my concerns aren’t possible to address since they don’t have a refund policy—something they could have told me from the beginning. They consistently delay and fail to provide updates, making me feel like I’m begging for their response. They should have informed me of this policy the first time I asked, and I would have understood. Instead, they made me feel that they don’t care about my concerns. When I finally became upset, they offered for me to come back—who would feel comfortable returning after this? The administration staff needs professional retraining to handle these issues better. This situation could have been handled differently, preventing this negative impression.
