For 5k kms service t...

For 5k kms service the charges are 950 AED this includes oil and filter for a Japanese car. Wow! Are these guys serious. One of the most expensive 😂

Professional and timely services. Scratched the side door of my car against a wall and I took it there for the repair. It's relatively pricier, but it's worth it.

Well overpriced, My bigger concern is there understanding of vehicle servicing requirement. An apparent 600 dhms 'minor engine service' does not include one of the key fundamentals of the combustion engine especially in a sandy environment ... air filter!

Always over busy and...

Always over busy and lack of customer care... but the bad part is the technician don't know how to specify the failure in precise description... I think as normal guy I could know as his knowledge beside the overprice quotation. Seriously this is the last time I step to their bad and unqualified service.

Garage is ok. But not recommended for affordable cars. Very expensive, sometimes almost as much as the agency. Charges separate labor cost for individual job, not as a whole package.

Ok and I have been in touch with the requested details and mention that the information therein is for the CBD of all good nothing alleged to be used by one of my known guys in the ad to be honest it was used by one of my known guys who is this still a look for the car at the end whats written 😀 no one know

Zero customer servic...

Zero customer service! I'd give no stars if that were possible! Visited the garage while construction is ongoing outside and could not find an entrance- returned home to be told 'a man with a flag will let you in'. There was no man with a flag when we were outside! Finally found way in (flag man had appeared) and politely suggested a sign might be useful as my time is limited - to be told by the manager that your time isn't important to me! Well great Mr Scottish Manager thank you for zero customer customer skills and not even an apology !! - reading other reviews that are very negative I'm surprised this garage is still in business and anyone reading this I'd advise to take your vehicle elsewhere if you appreciate any degree of politeness, customer courtesy or service. As a follow up the inspection on my vehicle revealed-according to AAA - several issues that would fail RTA inspection and needed immediate attention - including 'old' tires- 2017! Pleased to say my vehicle passed RTA inspection today without requiring AAA to do any work they stated was required to help their bank balance!

PROFESSIONALISM is...

PROFESSIONALISM is ok, they are responsive, and give decent descriptions of the problems and clear pricing explanation PRICING: a little expensive for outside the dealer and bit over priced in terms of value for money, of course cheaper than rip off dealer but more expensive than they should be. QUALITY OF REPAIRS . they are not qualified from the three times i went there, . i went once and had . a list of repairs, of which when i took the car back immediately i had two . NEW problemss!!!! i told them took it back and they dont want to take responsibility for it, even though i felt it was related, i dont know to be honest, i felt it was in the front part of the engine where they took the entire front of the engine apart--the belts, but they claim no it wasn't' their responsibility now, maybe thats true, BUT, when i got that repaired, something again NEW broke--muffler right under the engine IMMEDIATELY after i took it from them. AGAIN they didn't take responsibility since i needed engine mounts, yes thats true, but i needed engine mounts one year ago!!! how can it happen once i leave their garage, second time, i dont think is coincidence, again they said they can't fix unless i pay more!!! sorry but NO!! The car has never been the same after taking to their shop, i dont think they are breaking things, i feel their mechanics aren't qualified in a broad range of these sophisticated cars, i have a 2013 Audi A7
