Great coffee place....
Great coffee place. The beans are from arabica plant that lessens the bitterness and adds little sweetness to the coffee. Even though, I like caffeine a lot, I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the coffee. I tried their Spanish latte which was one of their best sellers and loved it. All coffee lovers should taste this coffee once. Highly recommend.

Another super popula...
Another super popular chain, with coffee snobs raving about it. Pretty authentic setup. My first time here in a long time. Had a single origin flat white. Bit of a wash flavour wise, not even the first sip had anything by the way of flavour. I will revisit again, to try and espresso to figure out if it was the beans or the drink that came up short. Nicely done interiors.

% Arabica, also known as % ΔRΔBICΔ, is a specialty coffee chain brand often known for originating in Kyoto, Japan but first established and headquartered in Hong Kong. When we had to wait for about an hour before our movie starts, we stopped here for some delicious coffee indulgence.
Ordering process was seamless, quickly ordering an Iced Spanish Latte or more popularly the Café con Leche, coffee with milk, iced. It was a strong and delicious one, though I needed sugar and this time asked for some syrup that the staff happily obliged to add in, but I still do not understand why Iced coffee drinks don't come with premixed sugar, strange. If any of you know the answer pls comment below.
We sat for a good 20 mins to enjoy the coffee and some people watching before heading out to the theatre and catching the movie @ VOX

Simply just the coffee. the decoration is very simple. just decorated for the coffee. very nice store, nice seating space for this branch. cakes are very good.

I used to buy beans...
I used to buy beans from MOE for the past years, 500 grams spilt in two bags. Today the staff and manager (Reynold) simply decided that they can’t split it and I have to buy it as it is. I told that I’m always buying the same and the staff they do without hesitation. He didn’t accept and was rude!!!….. this wasn’t a good experience

Despite its populari...
Despite its popularity, I don't find their coffee to be tasty.
I ordered a Honey Ice Latte and it's way too sweet, also too harsh on my throat.
The cafe is always busy and buzzing, they do have a small seating area right outside the cafe by the aisle of the mall.
Maybe I should've asked for a normal Latte instead, I ordered a small size and can't even finish half the cup.

Today it was really...
Today it was really busy as you can see . Something normal on the weekends ,because they have excellent coffee and great customer service .

Pros:
- Decent ambiance with many seating area
- Non-Dairy milk available
Cons:
- Lacking of the appropriate skills to make an espresso and milk based espresso drinks. The espresso puck was not tamped right and portafilter was tapped over the table after tamping. Milk tastes as if it was steamed to almost boiling temperature
- Lack of consistency. Two flat white made by the same barista using the same beans in the same order, tasted different
- Desserts needs an urgent improvement
