Extremely hospitable and welcoming! Highly recommend for anyone staying at the Hyatt, conveniently located and accommodating. I had a great mani-pedi (Thanks to Noora and Deepu), hair treatment, cut, and styling (Mr. Waleed-- an absolute gem of a human) and Moroccan bath (Thanks Jerry!). Special thanks to Mr. Waleed who greeted us on our second day, we wouldn't have known to come in were it not for him and we soon became frequent visitors. Thanks to Manal and the whole team, we were always greeted with warm hospitality by all and their service is impeccable.

Excellent service I have tried 90% of services it’s really satisfying and amazing , professional staff and welcoming and they have a very professional certified people for massage which everyone has to try it .

Went there for a blowdry today. The guy wasn't professional at all, he kept asking what I did to my hair and why it looked so dry, and if I was taking antibiotics?!
Even if my hair is dry, that is not the way to talk to your customers, kept talking negatively about my hair texture and the way my hair is. Prices are too expensive and not worth the service. You can definitely give the hair salon a shot but expect the unprofessional treatment from the male hairstylist.

We have been coming here for the past 2 years every time we have come to Dubai. They are all absolutely amazing, kind, and phenomenal at their job. I never thought my hair would turn out better than I expected every single time. They always go above and beyond, and exceed our expectations. I have nothing but good words for this place and all the staff. I highly recommend coming here. The wash and blowout are worth it and I always feel like a princess when I leave.

We started coming here back in 2021 during Covid. I usually take caution when needing my haircut in another country, but figured I would try this place out.
The haircuts, shaves and massages are phenomenal. The barber who cuts my hair (I can’t remember his name to save my life, he’s from Sri Lanka) is great.
We come out to Dubai every six months or so and it’s now a tradition that we go to the barber for me and the salon for my wife because of the phenomenal service.
He’s the only barber who can shave my face without causing razor bumps.

Although I came to Memories Salon and Spa for a manicure pedicure I was also able to add in a massage and hair cut. The whole experience was fantastic, the staff were warm, easy to engage with and knowledgeable.
I definitely recommend you all to visit this salon you will not be disappointed.

One of the most amazing places I have ever been to…
I didn’t feel like I was at a Salon, they make you feel home… they have great customer service as well as the hospitality skills.
The staff welcomes you in a way that they were waiting for you.
