I had a terrible experience with their home service. Despite requesting an experienced nail technician, they paired me with someone completely inexperienced. The incompetence was evident in every aspect, from nail cutting to polish application. The technician argued when asked to address specific concerns like dry skin and ingrown nails, insisting they were resolved when clearly they weren't. To top it off, the gel application was mishandled, resulting in skin tears when forcibly removed. The entire ordeal took an unreasonable amount of time, spanning from 7:40 to 10:15, for a subpar and frustrating service.
