**Vinhomes Green Paradise Partners with Marriott International to Introduce Luxury Hotels in Can Gio

A strategic partnership has been established between Cangio Tourist City Corporation, the developer of Vinhomes Green Paradise, and Marriott International to bring two prestigious hotel brands, The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotel, to Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City.** On May 4, 2026, the agreement was announced, highlighting the introduction of approximately 700 rooms and high-end resort villas as part of the luxury offerings at Vinhomes Green Paradise. This collaboration aims to enhance the project's portfolio of esteemed hotel brands and elevate service standards to a global level, aligning with the vision of creating a significant urban destination. The Ritz-Carlton Can Gio is set to occupy a prime riverside location within the coastal mega-urban area and is anticipated to open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2027. The hotel will feature nine floors and around 250 rooms, with sizes ranging from 50 to 500 square meters, including suites and pool villas. Guests will have access to various amenities, including six dining options, two swimming pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and dedicated spaces for children. Additionally, the hotel will offer approximately 540 square meters of event space, accommodating a variety of meetings and functions. Adjacent to the opera house and near a golf course, the Can Gio Marriott Hotel is also scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. This 25-story hotel will provide around 450 rooms, with sizes from 40 to 160 square meters, including premium suites. Its amenities will encompass an M Club Lounge, multiple dining venues, a swimming pool, a spa, and a sports club, along with approximately 1,570 square meters of meeting and event space, including two ballrooms. The combined offerings of The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotel will create a diverse range of accommodations, supported by a comprehensive ecosystem of premium amenities and five-star infrastructure. The operational management of these hotels will be overseen by Vinpearl, a member of Vingroup, which brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality to ensure the effective performance of these international brands. The partnership builds on Vinhomes Green Paradise's previous collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, which resulted in the development of four hotels totaling 1,000 rooms. The presence of these international hotel brands is expected to enhance the area's appeal to global visitors, contributing to the project's goal of becoming a world-class residential, tourism, and resort destination. Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio spans 2,870 hectares in the southeastern part of Ho Chi Minh City, bordered by the sea and adjacent to a UNESCO-recognized biosphere reserve. The development benefits from significant infrastructure connectivity, including a high-speed railway and expressways, facilitating easy access to the area. With its integrated Green - Smart - Ecological & Regenerative model, the project aims to align with global sustainability standards while offering a range of attractions, including a theme park, an international port, and a golf course, positioning itself as a new urban wonder capable of welcoming millions of visitors annually.
