Dubai, April 2025 – A new large-scale retail and entertainment complex, Nad Al Sheba Mall, is set to open in the Nad Al Sheba area. Developed by Dubai Holding Asset Management, the project is expected to become a key attraction for both residents and tourists.
According to Dubai Media Office, the mall will span over 500,000 square feet and feature more than 100 outlets. Tenants include both international brands and local businesses covering fashion, food, fitness, healthcare, and entertainment.
Anchor Tenants: Major supermarkets like Spinneys and Union Coop will provide convenience for daily shopping.

Fitness and Sports: The mall will host Go Sport and the women’s fitness center Fit N Glam.
Family Entertainment: Children’s play areas like Fun City and Orange Wheels, along with interactive and educational zones, are included.
Nad Al Sheba Mall is designed with comfort and modernity in mind:
Over 900 parking spaces, including underground parking;
A rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts for active lifestyles;
A contemporary architectural design that blends indoor and outdoor experiences;
On-site medical facilities and beauty salons for added convenience.
Situated in a rapidly developing area, the mall is close to residential communities and schools, ensuring steady footfall and strong local engagement.
According to Dubai Holding representatives, the goal of the project is to “create not just a retail space, but a full-fledged community hub where people can shop, relax, exercise, and spend quality time with their families.”
The grand opening is scheduled for April 2025, and experts believe Nad Al Sheba Mall will significantly boost the appeal of the area for both investors and residents.
