It was the first time I came to Dubai mall at emax and we decided to bought iPad Pro. We were assisted by Mr saad regarding my tabby payment which I have no idea how to used it and good things happen when he got a chance to buy the iPad Pro 512gb. Another person who assisted us also is Mr muhammad awais. If I will rate this 2 employees it’s 10 out of 10 overall performance and attitude towards the customer services. Great job guys. Highly recommended staff

I purchased Apple Ai...

I purchased Apple AirPods Pro 2 today from Emax (Invoice No: CC1NV/2800991524). While the purchase process was smooth, I am very disappointed to see that the warranty is showing only 11 months instead of the full 12 months. This feels misleading and unacceptable for such a premium product. When customers pay full price, they deserve full transparency and the complete warranty they are entitled to. Emax should take responsibility and fix this issue immediately.
